- Let Bellevue Know How To Make Downtown Safer For People On Bikes: Bellevue will be doing a major redesign to accommodate people biking and they’re taking public comment right now.
- Apply For A Neighborhood Matching Fund Grant: The City of Seattle is offering $5,000 dollar grants to successful applications. It’s not a ton of money but often enough to get the ball rolling on a project.
- Share How You Use The Seattle Center: There are potentially a lot of changes coming to Uptown, and the Seattle Center is the focal point. This survey will help guide these changes.
- Comment On The Proposed Wallingford RPZ: SDOT completed a study on parking in Wallingford and shared the results. They’re now considering an expanded restricted parking zone to help with access in the neighborhood.
- Microhousing Design Review Tonight: A Crown Hill 80-unit congregate housing design by Neiman Taber Architects is undergoing review at Ballard Community Center. Neiman Taber also has a 40-unit building planned a couple blocks north undergoing design review at the same meeting, which starts at 6:30pm.
- 42-story Apartment Design Review Tuesday: A 312-unit apartment building planned at 2300 8th Ave has its recommendation phase design review at 5:30pm Tuesday in Room L280 at Seattle City Hall.
